Dandelions make a great photograph, there a good photography project.
I took this one day when there wasn’t much else to take a picture, it came out really well :)
Although gardeners class them as weeds Dandelions can be eaten, just make sure you’ve grown them in your garden and don’t get them from the wild or you could end up with a hint of dog pee in your dandelion leave salad :)
Every part of the dandelion can be eaten, the leaves, petals and the roots when fat in autumn, look up on line and you can get some interesting search results from the word dandelion :)
