We was feeding the ducks on a cold December Morning when one brave duck ate from my sons feet.
If anyone is interested since we all now feeding ducks bread isn’t the best thing for them, wild ducks will eat
•Cracked corn
•Wheat
•Barley
•Oats
•Milo
•Birdseed
•Grapes (cut in half) or sultanas
•Frozen peas or corn (defrosted)
•Earthworms
•Chopped lettuce
•Vegetable trimmings or peels (chopped)
Apparently I read cake is better for ducks than bread, but in our house it’s the bread bin that’s filled with left overs not the cake tin.
Sorry ducks your out of Luck when it come to cake :)
